Challenging Teambuilding Programmes for TY students

Our Transition Year programmes promote integration of the entire 4th year group. The games and challenges encourage group bonding while the students develop awareness of, and respect for, different abilities and talents.

These programmes are designed to;

• enhance relationships between classmates
• encourage creative thinking and problem solving
• promote communication
• promote co-operation
• develop situational leadership skills
• increase self-awareness
• build confidence and self-esteem
• discover individual strengths and abilities

Full day package includes, Ice breakers & Team Challenges and up to 5 land and/or water activities

Full day package runs from 10am – 4pm  costs €45

Guaranteed to keep your group entertained and engaged as they build bonds of friendship and memories for life.

Land and water activities include, zipline, climbing tower, bungee trampoline, tag archery, ropes course, abseiling, bush craft, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, and orienteering.
